Home Buyer’s Questionnaire

Questions to Help Home Buyers Clarify Their Wants and Needs

Buying or building a home is one of the more stressful things one can do, and so it is important to examine your commitment and motivation before rushing into a home search.
Before our meeting, you can ask yourself a few questions to clarify your ideas and identify some of your attitudes. This process will help remove some of the uncertainties and raise other questions. You may then better be able to articulate to me your needs, expectations, dreams, and preferences.

Print out these questions and think seriously about them to gain clarity. Answer them at your leisure. Then call me at your convenience and we will discuss your answers over the phone or in a face to face meeting.
