I am very proud to be a CRS, a Certified Residential Specialist. Through my CRS designation and membership on the Residential Real Estate Council I am improving and maintaining my skills as a REALTOR; this helps me to serve my clients better.

Debbie Durkee (formerly Debbie Solano) was named “CRS of the Year” for the State of Oklahoma in 2014. This peer recognition was well deserved because Debbie helped to promote the CRS designation in Oklahoma by serving for four years as the Membership Chair for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists, during which time the state chapter won awards for its increases in membership. It is said that a rising tide makes all ships rise. By promoting the CRS designation among Oklahoma REALTORS, Debbie has helped to improve REALTOR education and professionalism in service to the public.
